If there is burn out, it's probably to translating in general, or just learning Japanese. that said, there is no need to worry. At my age, I'm more or less aware of what I need to do to take care of my body~

"*gives you a cookie*" - *noms the cookie* but you know? I also like to talk about my experiences and what helped me to exercise. That is also the reason I am trying so hard. But sadly, you do not seem to have swimming pools nearby... or do not have time for them
I actually looked into swimming, there are none. To be honest, if I want to do anything that involves cardio(?), biking is my best bet. A shame really, but that is life.
yes, but they also impact the back. If I go to hard with running, or just run too often, I'll be forced to have to rest and heal or 2-3 weeks.
As such, I limit the amount of times I go running to at most once a week. A shame really. I used to go 3 times a week and I could really feel the progress.
