What's it bout?

FL got a dream or something like that and she found out that her life is in a book, she did know that she got a 2nd life but she didn't know that it's a novel

Anyway, the bg story isn't really clear, but FL got drugged by her rival and so did ML. She got pregnant and got postpartum depression. She couldn't get close to her sons (twins)

I mean, it's a good novel, but there are too many unclear back stories. I'm not satisfied at all
