I remember this one too xD
This happened before the banner of my favorite character

Hu Tao. She's a funeral director and it so happened that her banner schedule coincided with Chinese new year. They don't want mentioning things related to death during that occasion so during the official livestream, Hu Tao wasn't even announced. They put keqing in between two anticipated charaters and so it wasn't a popular pick.

Now it is fair!

Yeah, if I played, I would want her on my team too. She has a personality that seems similar to mine
