I've never understood that, if I got a million or billion dollars tomorrow I'd be happier than Europe when Napoleon failed.

But that happiness won't last long, because you would have more things to worry about, like hounding relatives. Or you might fall into traps set by people to swindle your money. And then you could get greedy for more, fall into addictions, etc. This all depends on the discipline of the person.
