I hated running, but I forced myself to do it for an about an hour every few days. Then after a while, I would feel something like my leg had a pulled muscle. Turns out it was something like an irritated nerve >.>
Hold up your hands with you palms facing you. Closing your hand around a bar, then pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar. A pull up is when your palms are facing away from you. I've been working my way up on them~
