Is 63 considered cold? I’ve always thought of it as perfect weather

Cold! Inside, it’s cold!

My mom used to keep the condo perpetually at 68, and I basically lived with my feet in the beginning stage of frostbite year round unless I wore two layers of thick socks. (The stage where warm water burns.)

But it also depends on where I am. The condo being 72 is comfortable. But at my in-laws’ place, 75 is too cold. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
