For me, it's all about stretching, used to always get calve cramps after running, but after I started stretching before starting running, no more cramps, so look up some foot stretches.

Lol it's a government program here where I live, your first job experience is almost always: work+a work ethics and technical course, and my first tree weeks are only the online course but since I'm already hired I get the whole month's paycheck. After these 3 weeks I start a hybrid cronogram of work+course
