Days to weeks for normal person~
Can do 4 at once, 3x a day since my latest covid encounter...
After that i feel it next day.
Was at 7 at once before it orz
I was getting to 10 before my move. Then, 5-10 minutes late, I could do ten more, and so on~
Then I had to get ride of my chin up bar and haven't gotten to replacing it yet. It's been a few months...
I can probably do somewhere between 24-28 at once, but it is better to make 3 sets if you want to build muscle. Also, noodle arms are cute ya know. Right now I do 3x20 with 90 sec rest in between
