Can you separate your art from yourself?

I'm just suprised cuz i believed it wasn't the case for me, after watching some yt art video and it briefly talked about how their art kinda looks like him, it made me wonder again XD then i did noticed.. even someone pointed it out that an art of mine looked like me orz.

I remember having a mini heart attack bc someone commented "it looks like you" in my blog, then realized it's a new account of someone i revealed my face with XD

Hahaha, I'll get paranoid too if that happened.
