Idk, do sth that’s productive probably? Usually depression stems from the fact that you’re not doing anything productive so doing those things give a sense of accomplishment that helps you be happy and fufilling~
Something as simple as going to the gym or helping out in the neighborhood should work? As long as you’re doing something that give you a sense of purpose i guess
I mean as in small goals, etc. Just think of the feeling when you finish an assignment before the deadline and how proud and happy you feel after finishing it~
I used to go in and out of a depression state cause I wasn’t doing well in class even tho I literally barely tried and then got happy when i did and got great result. It’s a great feeling~
Are you in your native country tho? It should be hard to find a couple friends as long as you put away your shyness and try to find a common topic with others~
Mmm, like badminton club just made fun of me that i haven't won any medals yet, or chess club is proud of their tricks, or book club is proud of their poetry skills
