I have been alright these days but since I returned from uni to my hometown I have been doing nothing but procrastinating and it's fascinating

I even read novels and stuff

Right now I am downloading a mobile game to my pc

I really miss some people... But I guess it's alright for them to not contact me

I've been super exhausted. My sleep cycle is slowly starting to settle back into a normal schedule, one that doesn't have me waking up after 4-5 hours at 5 in the morning, but so far, I've been passing out at night more or less right after laying down to read some manga.

Literally, my tablet is right next to me and the lights are still on when I find myself waking up again at two in the morning. It's happened twice this past week. Age is an annoying thing

I have been sleeping past 3 am lately... So I get super tired by the evening too... 20 minute naps help a liiiittle bit

I wonder if you take naps too

naps are no good for me. Once I start, I don't want to stop until I am no longer tired, and that makes it even harder to fall asleep at night.

I just turn out the lights, drink some water, cover myself with blankets, and go back to sleep.

Hehe~ I also want to do that, but I just sit up and try to not sleep

it isn't an issue of over work. It's an issue of my body not getting enough sleep. Until it learns how to sleep more than 4-5 hours a night, this won't stop.
