Smoky Eggplant Mash with Indian roti.

Which Sandwich? Normal with mayonnaise? Or it was a chicken sandwich? hehe

Roti - It is made up of wheat. We crush the wheat till it becomes powder and then we add water to make it a little hard and then we will make it on pan.

Eggplant - First we roast the eggplant. Make a few dents in the eggplant with a knife and place garlic cloves in these indents. Make sure they don't fall apart, and roast it on the open flame till it looks charred and done. Then remove the charred skin of eggplant. Mash it with the help of a masher and later mix it with a fried onion, garlic, green chilli, ginger, and a few Indian spices.

Yeah, you are right. Paratha is stuffed with mashed potato or mashed cheese or onions or many more. But roti is simple no stuffing.
