sometimes when you have a normal conversation with someone, they drop a traumatic bombshell with the expectation of a response. Apparently my response was the correct one and we did all this without having to go into deep essays

Also, mom dying isn't really trauma. It's bad news.

Trauma is more like, I never had friends and I have an internet addiction because I am afraid to be alone with my thoughts.

I think if i told someone something traumatic that happened to me and they responded with ok, i'd cry
