I don't even know anymore. They said their phone broke. They're sick. They went on a trip. No signal. Last I heard they ran away from home. That's last week.

There're really nothing you can do except welcome them back when they decide they're ready to face their friends back.

my sis's friend ran away from home without much of a word to her bff only to hear 6ish month later in another city..

I don't have much of an idea what you can do for them either, but some things I can think of are, do they have a genuine reason for leaving home? If they do then next time you get a hold of them, try helping them out even if it's just a few meals or something until they can find a stable way to survive (A job and a place to live)

yeah, I'm getting used to the silence, but there are days when you wonder more than usual and it just affects you worse.

I heard she has a fight with her mom and to go stay with a friend. I have no way to verify either so I'm just waiting for a time when she stays long enough for a proper talk.
