I can't stop, I did art to distract myself from it yesterday but now it's back again

I was physically unavailable to move yesterday, I can't do this today. I have projects to do I need to stop how do I stop. This is so terrible, I hate feeling like this why do I even exist

Yesss, not really I had another mental breakdown again bc I broke something in the bathroom but it calmed downnn
