Pick the one which you'll not get tired talking about. Cuz you'll have to do that for years to come. will you just teach a single subject?

if you're good with story telling, choose history
if you like those weird formulas, choose either physics or maths (whichever one you have good compatibility with)

From my experience there are a lot of people who studies history, therefore you have more concurrences there, math is always needed and most of physics-lover choose to be part of the industry - math and physics have a higher chance to land your self a job since you would be in high demand
In math you have the problem that many people might fail their exams and you as the teacher are also held responsible
