Omg the ML is sus
I don’t know my instincts(experience from reading thousand of tragedy, angst novels) tell me he doesn’t love her genuinely .

I would like some spoilers. I haven’t read the novel and only skipped through to chapter 35-40 where…

… it appears MC is being held hostage, against her will in a secret room, by ML(?) Prior to that, someone had tried to kill her through an orchestrated road accident after she discovers she has a striking resemblance to ML’s dead ex-wife

I’m not quite sure whether I should invest in this story…so would be great if someone can provide more insight as to what the hell this novel is about. Surprised also that it doesn’t have a “psychological” or “thriller” tag because just the part alone I’ve just read warrants these tags being included.
