rushed endings, dropping the novel, dont know which is worse, rushing it or dropping it but mad snail is on the list, he had rushed ending, and by rushing i mean mc getting OP extremely fast compared to how it was in the novel and just winning, leaving behind any other important thing

I feel you there. They're all carbon copies of each other with no new plot devices, just the same old "beat someone, they call their big brother/senior disciple/elder/master to avenge them" trope. And when they've cleared the current backwater village they started in, they go to the next tier kingdom/country where the previously god-tier power level is now scrub-tier again. And then repeat that several times.

It's as stale as those CN "Ancient China court intrigue romance" novels where the "delusional jealous b*tch drugs the MC with an aphrodisiac and hires someone to rape them and then they have to get married" trope. You can see by the second chapter of the novel. Actually, it's bleeding into even modern day romance novels (I can name Hidden Marriage, Evil-Natured Husband, and My Wife is a Beautiful CEO) off the top of my head without even thinking hard about it). Isn't it amusing that aphrodisiacs are only ever used in rape plots and never between consensual partners? Also, real life aphrodisiacs that kill you if you don't have sex don't actually exist... they're fictional items.

The author of BTTH is forbidden for me. I have tried reading like 3 of his books and dropped all of them including btth. There are a few others author whose stories i have dropped but only one book so they have a chance to redeem themselves (maybe).Obviously Mad snail doesnt require saying anything.

 

Whichever hooker wrote PMG should definitely have a spot.
