I do agree that there's prolly some postgame shadiness for sure. I also wouldn't put it past people to be just plain greedy though either.

Oh yeah... And maybe someone can answer this... Are previous Star Duels Overlords still alive? If so, then is: Spoiler Is Chai Ling's guest, Konghou, who I think dhe is? Is she the 8th Wu Song? I ask based on 3 things. 1. Her name. It matches a list of past Star Duels Overlords. 2. Some comments made earlier in the forum on a later chapter she appeared in about how "she hates Star Masters". 3. Her reaction to Chai Ling talking about Su Xing. She seemed at best, dubious, and at worst, outright pissy. Just a guess, but I think it works.
I dunno. Spoiler I do think that it is her. 1. The way Konghou and Chai Ling and Konghou talked about the Star Duels. It seemed very...intimate concerning its inner workings. 2. Konghou's reaction to hearing that the 9th Lin Chong contracted. Makes sense if it is really her. 3. Again, her name matches the one on that list of Star Generals, which includes past Overlords. 4. That...would maybe explain her apparent enmity/hatred of Chao Gai when she came to see Chai Ling. Seems kinda suspicious(See Chs. 227 & 259)
