We all know the saying "Curiosity kill the cat, satisfaction brought it back" Does curiosity lead you to some "interesting" websites?Sites that make you think " How the hell did I end up in this page" Researching "acorns" in wiki and end up in the "Washington Treaty" page. Reading about politics then end up in pornhub about a "politician fucking the whole nation" ? I just got curious if the meme about video of politicians fucking the nation with insane laws etc ending up in PH is true. Note: true....
People are curious as i had searched scat to know what it is and it changed my view of the dark side. I always say that there's nothing darker than what i saw and that curiosity led me to the most fcked up sht i had searched in the internet. Also, we are already used to getting fcked up by not only other countries in our history, our taste for incestual behavior and how abused we are in other countries. So having a corrupt government isn't unusual.
Oh yes the first time i watched porn, the first time i read hentai, the first time i read an erotica, etc. Yup yup these things always happened due to my curiosity
This is how I basically discovered yaoi. The innocent 9 year old me didn't know what yaoi was until I clicked the genre on the manga filter list, lo and behold, I see two guys kissing. Huh. Interesting. Fast forward to today, I would not be the degenerate that I am if it weren't for sating that curiosity.
Not really. The only thing i regret for my curiosity is reading doujins ending up in some gore/amputee/scat stuffs. I really dont read the tags much since some of them gets flooded with every tag possible. Even if some of them literally puts the thing in one panel. I usually base it on "does it look good" by the covers. Now i skim the tags for things that i dont like before "reading".
Uh huh, i remember those days when i was new about anime and then come my classmate who introduced me boku no pico while saying it's a great anime that's worth to watch even just one episode. That's where i realized how messed up anime is. Spoiler: Note i almost punch my classmate though
Lol, for me I was new to anime and was picking anime randomly on an anime site. 10 min into the episode a guy pins another to the wall of the elevator and I learnt what the genre yaoi was.
Probably the funniest thing I've found in pornhub was clever clickbait a la "Nine Cute Girls", "Seven Hot Guys" etc.. which turned out to be mv's for Twice, BTS, Seventeen, Red Velvet, etc..
I've found some weird conspiracy websites because of curiosity. Never underestimate the craziness of people.... It can be entertaining imagining a universe where some of these things are true though. heh. You're lucky. I was unlucky. The first yaoi I ever tried was a manga. I clicked on it because all the comments were saying it was great without saying anything about it. I opened a random page from like, chapter 3, and it was a full page sex scene with one guy giving the biggest smile towards the audience (person reading the manga) while *cough* you know, stuff was happening. I only saw it for a split second before I exited the page but it was burned into my eyes. It was worse because I was an innocent and avoided looking at any questionable pictures back then (example: if a panty shot showed up in a manga I was reading, I quickly looked away and/or turned the page, or covered that part with paper or something so I could read the dialogue without seeing it). So I avoided yaoi like hell for years after that.
I'm pretty sure the one I clicked on was more shounen-ai than yaoi so I was definitely pretty lucky. Also oof, not the great way to ease someone into a fetish. I agree. There should have been a bold red NSFW statement beside such content but I guess this is the way the internet works. They have a way of finding things to smack in you in the face and surprise you whether in a good or bad way.
