I'm just waiting for marvel to say "you're doing it all wrong, give them back. We'll show you how it's done". But it might never happen.

So he decided to make every decade a terrible dark phoenix movies in their memory

 

the phoenix arc is rushed. we only saw Jean in apocalypse and that was beyond minimal.

I've pretty much given up on 80% of American ( by extension western) forms of entertainment sooo, this is no longer surprising.

Aren't both owned by Disney now? So maybe we will see it in the future (or in 50 years or so, when they're redoing all the films, cause they can't come up with new ideas)

 

have we they not learned ANYTHING from the GTA franchise? how time equal quality products?, but in my mind, even if they push it to 10 years development, the movie industry will F it up big time, as they do have absolutely no quality control on script writers.. and even if they do have it, they will stuff it full with political propaganda and brainwashing, as you know, Hollywood tends to do.. not to mention they must put away time to have some fleshy body fun fun with their actors, they can't go unfuck't , can they? so not much time for decent movie making nowadays, when the priorities are in the wrong

Most adaptions suck. Like 0,1% is good.
Especially live action of manga / comics.

book: Japanese town and people <-> movie: America

Attack on Titan
book: European medieval town & people <-> everyone is Japanese!
