And the funniest thing is that everyone discuss random things. A mishmash of different topics under pretence of sixth sense
Humans don't have 6th sense, birds have 6th sense though. Using a protein in their eyes called Cry4 and quantum coherence, they are able to sense the magnetic field of the earth. https://interestingengineering.com/...netic-fields-thanks-to-proteins-in-their-eyes
Nope... There are no 5 sense from the start. That's just a rather superficial classification our forebearers do. There are actually more than 5 senses: Vision, Audition, Gustation, Olfaction, Somatosensation, Equilibrioception, Thermoreception, Proprioreception, Nociception, Sexual Stimulation (yes, this is a sense too, hence why some people is frigid), Satiety, Thirst, Mechanoreception, Chemoreception, Cardioception, UV-detection, Chronoception, Sense of Agency, Recognition... Granted, only the first five was apparent to us, while the others (like the various mechnoreceptors and chemoreceptors inside our organs, were not so apparent).
I personally think that the power of "faith" is true in that where if an idea is believed strong enough and by enough people, then the possibility of others "feeling" it will increase. another possible factor is also the environment, where the environment unknowingly is actually a place that creates some phenomenon that is not common knowledge to peple. the last but not least, there is something unknown to us that creates the phenomenon, may it be ghost, aliens, god, devils and what not. I personally thinks that aliens possibly exist, because come on,the universe is huge,we may unknowingly are actually just a test planet by an advanced race that we call gods, and the so called ghost is the gods hidden surveillance system.who knows! and finally,6th sense I think is actually a definition for people that is more sensitive to natural changes around them than normal people.and they perceive the massive change differently that normal people.
Your biology teacher either is stupid, lying to you, or is way behind in times... There are way more than 5 senses... like double that. Hope this was informative ^^
