So, I was thinking about this certain xianxia (at least I'm pretty sure it's some sort of xianxia-y Chinese-y novel) and then I realized I couldn't remember what novel it was AT ALL. So I am in need of help. What I remember is only some specific scenes, and not very much (at all) of the backstory, or whatever else has happened. So the most notable scene that I recall is the MC, along with his friend, are doing this test thing where they go to a controlled area of magic beasts (controlled by the sect/academy they attend or whatnot), and they display their awing power. And by that, I mean, they kill A LOT of magic beasts, to the point where it's insane. And then they even go to the "inner" area, where it's normally restricted for "special" (?) students or whatnot. When it comes time for judging the beast cores or whatever it is, the MC asks for a larger table, and is called insolent, but proceeds to shock the teachers and students with the some 100 cores he has. And then his friend comes up, equally shocking the teacher. Then, they do the inner area judging time, with the same thing happening. It was fairly amusing, and I would love to read it again, but I just can't remember which novel this was from Any help would be much appreciated ^^
Ehh i dropped this after they shipped mc off and called him trash pos ect author basically set up for his family to die because some kid was a punk ... Was good at first then i read spoilers that stated he would loose cultivation as well for no apparent reason tbh it started good but i reccomend u dont pick it up unless you like dissapointing mcs
Ahahaha, I actually thought it was MGA at first, but I'm rereading it rn XD So I obviously knew it wasn't after the first chapter. But thanks everyone (wow I even have the CSG page open and didn't realize it was the novel I was looking for...). Although it seems that it might get disappointing later on, I'll still try and reread it XD
