'You can't write two Qin characters in one stroke'.

It is an idiom from a novel I read. The characters use from time to time in some business talks. I can't figure out the meaning and Google can't figure it out too. Please, help!

And if there is a resourсe that can facilitate the search in some way? o_O
    Thank you very much!

You can't write two xx(surname)characters in one stroke
it means whoever the people they are talking about are the descendants of the same ancestor.
