My perseverance was for naught. I am hope for more translations. Though the whole series is long.

 

I'm impatient for this series. I am watching baking vids in Youtube. I am reading manga with charcaters with age gap. Unfortunate that the next translation is probably in March...

 

Just wondering but does anyone know who the real mastermind is?

 

Chap 6 got released a few days ago for those who are interested. Saw the raw manga .Pity it wasnt continued.

 

Right now nobody knows. But I wont be surprised if it came from the stepfamily.

 

I dont know but from what little I know from mtl before it fried my brains is that a civil war could happen if the mc dies and the heir still wouldn't go to the step family side. They would have to find distant relatives or one of the other dukes could take over the step family land. It seems to me that they have a lot more to lose if she dies. If mc is alive then they could still try to curry favor with her but if she dies then they dont have an heir and one of the other dukes can take over

 

Wow. Thanks for the MTL. I didn't survive my first attempt.
My reason for choosing the step family is because politics and feelings. From our point of view, it seems ridiculous and stupid to do that. Maybe they also realise that. But if my reading of these characters are correct, they might also be a prideful one. And we all know that pride can be a big motivator especially for powerful families. I mean, 2nd wife gives birth to 4 able bodied male heirs and they are all considered bastards and cannot inherit the family seat. For me, that will hurt a lot of people's pride.

But, reading what you MTLed, I am considering that somebody is trying to stir some trouble. It can be the MC's father's enemies. So, either we see factions allying for MC to be Queen and get a heir as quickly as possible or this will be a good political circus with good food.
