I'm looking for a manga i read years ago. I don't remember the title or most of the plot or even the MC's name. I only remember it was a Japanese manga. The MC was a boy who was of scheming side, he then discovered he had special ability/super power. Then he joined an organization of people with abilities like him, i remember the leader(?) was a girl on a wheelchair (not sure). Their abilities were like the people from history reincarnated or something. Then that organization splitted into 2 factions fight each other, one side wanted to conquer the world (not sure)... If anyone know please help. I searched on baka-update but the results were mostly Grogio Giovanna
