There are vampires (hidden), there is some sort of movement like "make vampires members of society". pretty much no-one can distinguish them from regular people besides MC (1 additional person confirmed though - one of the last chapters I've read. I read like 1/3) Looks like there's blood hatred between werewolves and vampires (not suprising). And MC apparently goes to kill them on sleepwalk Vampires do meddle in affairs (fiddling with cracks where monsters fall into earth from).
Well... Since no one has actually asked a question, I will... I guess. At what point does he reach the lycanthrope level?

Romance Spoiler There's not much romance. The young girl (granddaughter of some big brass knight) he save from orc is the lover. The chick he saved at start (who liked the goblin) fell in love with his orc form. I'm about 80% done, just stalker love from female side. The elf chick is... well, one sided elf love, apparently. His special side Spoiler he will announce to the world that he is blacksmith I think the granddaughter knows (he told he) and elf (learn by herself) so far.

His goblin form is an alchemist. His orc form is the blacksmith. and well...his human form is a rookie hunter with a special title awarded. His Wolf form is treated like a sacred spirit beast as he saves people at times.
He started as alchemist / goblin. However Spoiler he can absorb mana stones/abilities. After he kills enough orcs, he'll learn something like crafting/mending. And of course he's going to be the best on earth eventually. his alias will be ORK (or orc). The story itself contains quite a few major twists (something like larger perspective on global things is revealed, things/axis shift every time). It is pretty hard to pick spoilers which wouldn't spoil the upcoming surprise. some minor spoilers: Spoiler the goblin part is the most neglected/least advanced. it is used somewhat, (like using goblin dexterity in crafting, can come up with complicated stuff while crafting), but not much development on that form. At some part of the story memory loss will occur to one of the major characters, however it will make sense and will integrate in the overall story very nicely. warning - some spoilers which may spoil a surprise, so not really recommended: Spoiler additional form. which will play major role later
I've stumbled upon raws for this novel by chance and tried to read it via MTL. it is much less enjoyable than the current translation, but it is much faster There aren't many options getting any information regarding Korean novels for non-Korean speakers. Learn Korean (as the people from the world in this novel were doing).
