its kool, tends to happen to me as well. Also, i liked to add atg to the list. I liked his personality and reactions when he lived with his wife but now its standard xianxia character.

 

that one has a loli harem (even tho the mc doesn't like lolis but some how just ends up being a loli-magnet)

 

so tru for ISSTH, I dropped it on the boring part with slapping the bags of holding and taking out new random magic items, and then started reading it again when I was utterly bored just to again start thinking about dropping it when the parrot appeared and things started getting funny and interesting, SYWZ has much boring fights, LLS is as you say annoying, TTNH had a rellly good start, what happened? Same thing for Law except it's not even worth reading after 20 or so chaps

 

Each member does have personality, but I would never say it harem because of the massive NTR that each girl puts the MC through.

 

well to be fair once they grow up and get bigger boobs, it should be good.

well like 100+ years for one(maybe) and the other one probably gonna be flat as a board. At less he has a few in the harem that guaranteed boobs.

 

Mushoku Tensei also did this. Tate no Yuusha as well, although it is worth noting he tries to avoid romance until near the end (only adding this one is since technically, multiple characters are romantically interested in him, even if he ignores/avoids/doesn't realize).

 

The ones that i mostly drop is those that are unfairly violent toward the mc . For that reasson that I usually drop those that have violent tsundere.

 

You know i dropped Doulou Dalu just because i hated Xiao Wu. Not to mention i didn't hate but i also did not like Tang San so i figured it is not really worth it.

 

I dropped all Xianxia, Wuxia and Xuanhuan novels.There is also other genres!

 

i don't read those mainly because i can't remember chinese names. I keep mixing them up.

 

really simple to fix, you remember the mc name, the girls names, the teachers names, and thats all because everyone else that shows up becomes irrelevant in the story. Plus theyre mostly dead meat or part of the protect the mc for like 1 arc.

 

The main reason I didn't read most Chinese novels... Except for Ze Tian Ji...

 

i just keep my expectations pretty low, read the beginning portion where most mcs actually have a personality before the kill craze takes over. Other than that it seems some female protags chinese keep almost all the characters relevant like meow meow meow and my disciple died yet again.

 

Hmm... I've always thought the main appeal of CN novels is the simplicity. Like you don't have to bother with multiple perspectives or huge plot twists very similar to slice of life; it's just plain and simple carnage and road to 10K MMR immortality.
