Why It Should Get Picked Up:

Seems like your generic second chance novel, but from what I read in the manhwa, the vibe it gives is fairly different and I can only assume that the novel is much better than the manhwa. I felt a similar vibe to The Novel's Extra.
The MC is apparently a genius but didn't receive proper training when he was young, now that he is back in time, I'm just excited to see what he'll do from there.

Second Chance, Time Travel, Romance, Comrades Gathering, Academy Setting (in the beginning at least), Genius MC, it's 100% my cup of tea.

and cuz i read most of the isekais and second chance stuff nowadays.........

 

I like the idea of this story, but I am going to be cautious because I've been burned in the past... Ultimately no matter how good the idea if a book is written badly then it won't be fun to read.

 

After reading the manhwa I'm really interested in reading the novel.

Me too, me too~ saw the manhwa. I really enjoy korean novels and re-do type stories. So long as its not too badly written, *cough* world turned into a game after i woke up *cough*, i can at least use it as a time filler. Bumping + 1 to see if someone picks it up.

Plus, seems like the main heroine is that pretty blond onee-san, and i'm a pretty big sucker for those.

It's not The Returner, for one this novel does not suck, at least after seeing a few chapters of the Manhwa.
Fuck The Returner, man, it's bad.

 

the stories for the returner and this is different, in the returner he still has his abilities and shit just needs more mana to power it up, but the mc in this one, returner should have special magic, FROM WHAT I SPECULATE FROM READING THE MANWHA, he basically went back to square 1 with hope and dreams and the knowledge,

so there should be a vast difference in power progression in these novels, also the mindsets of the two mc's are very different, one that doesnt want to do anything and the other one wanting to save the future(?)
