Well... My eyes hurt a lot lately. I want to make it easier for me to view web pages. Though, I hate inverted color mode because of what it done to images. Any way to override bgcolor and font color of a site, with firefox if possible?

Stop reading on that site and leave a comment on why, check back 6 months later.

just search addon in Chrome and Firefox app stores or download flux

using "care your eyes" for Chrome, I don't know any official names, search for background changer or something in google. some browser have it built into them. Which is great fir tablet users like me.

Name of your browser + dark mode (not dark theme)
    Then Google it
If not try Night mode, dark reader, dark background

So far I only see Opera and Chrome that has nice dark mode (black background and white/gray words)

Microsoft edge has a reader mode, its just a book icon next to the web address that changes the site into a beige page with only the basic text.

safari mode on apple has a reading view that makes the page turn white and fits all the text and makes it readable and you don't need to finish loading page to simply read the text.

those are the 2 best ways to change the web page into readable
