Is this a transmigration novel?

It's not included in the tags. I've checked it multiple times. At first, I thought that MC is reincarnated in her younger years but somehow there where always paragraphs about "this world is" seemingly comparing it to the modern world. But there were also some things that makes one think that she experienced the life there a second time. Clearly remember her saying that Bai Something used her empty stomach to harm Zhang-shi, her mother. So I am not sure.

At the synopsis given by brokenjinsei (which is not in NU) this was written:
Reincarnated female lead meets rebirth male lead!

Please tell me the difference of reincarnated and rebirth.

There was also a T/N that I've read:
I suddenly remembered that Jing Wan, in her modern life, was a daughter of a corrupt official...

There were some things after that but that's the key part.

It was never mentioned at the novel, as far as I could remember. Can anyone please enlighten me?

Also, I'm now confused if ML loved 2 different people. He said he loved MC for two lifetimes. But if MC is transmigrated, then the one he loved for two lifetimes was no one.

So was MC reincarnated with her previous life's memory? (But somehow has memories of living her second lifetime, too)
And the ML had a rebirth or more like "returning to 10 years ago when he was younger" vibe?

 

I don't know much about TWBW because I dropped it after 30 chapters, but what I can tell you is that usually, the difference between reincarnation and rebirth is that reincarnation usually involves being reborn into another body but having the same soul (more so used as a transmigration like situation)
