I'm sure they can.
For example.
The stumble one.
If they're laying on the floor, they wont stumble.
Besides, they can only not be resisted by people that he knows, if he tries to use it on say Biel, she wont even feel a tickle.

 

OOC: Well given how some adventurers are monsters, they probably won't be affected much at all.

OOC: Oh? Teleport stone or the like?

 

OCC: my magic follows this logic: my mana enters your body and influences an action. basically controlling your body through mana. Like carm and raz said, it would be ineffective on biel. my mana is nothing compared to her chaos energy. monsters, on the other hand are generally not that powerful. Maybe when i grow more powerful i can effect them, but currently i am weak~

OOC: true, true. Misdirection is useless on people who can sense everything or can move instinctively, too. also, my magic needs to be targeted. that means that i have to see them.

OOC: more like entering a different dimension with similar spacial laws, running to a different location, exiting said dimension, and appearing at a different place than from where I entered. might change, though. thinking about it. It's supposed to be a combination of [Antimatter] and a lot of [Quicken]s
