OOC: Well, speaking from experience, it is extremely hard to make bullies stop. Most of the time, they have some sort of reason. If the reason ceases to exist, they'll most likely stop.

OOC: Oh, but it is. From my experience, it starts with 1 person. That person most likely is popular, and when this person starts bullying someone, all friends will follow.
And, for them, it's fun.

You need to ignore them, and denounce them if possible.
The optimal choice if it doesn't works/helps would be to distance yourself from such people, like changing jobs/school if possible.
I know is hard, but it's the only thing I can suggest... Sorry...

OOC: im also self-loathing person but bullies find even more fun on that... they even find more ways to trigger my switch even when im just staying on one corner... most of the bullies bully me cause im inexperienced and other relationship stuff...

Well, all kinds of people there are in za warudo.
Good and bad they are, but people tend to look at the negatives, not that it is unfounded -it's easier to 'break' something than to 'fix' it.
The opposite way of thinking works as well, in the same case though, which is nice
