It would work as a sacrifice because Mika values them, but Hikari wouldn't accept it.

Hikari is scared of her worshippers offering lives as a sacrifice, because this could lead to them sacrificing their own kin to her, and she wouldn't be able to deal with the guilty feeling that would come with it, even if it was their own choice, she doesn't want to be responsible for someone's death.

So, she will always refuse life sacrifices, even if they do fit.))

((Hmmmmm this doesn't apply much for Hikari, she doesn't even understand the concept of purity in the first place.

She accepts it for as long as the sacrifice matters to the person in question.

But yeah, not lives, she doesn't accept those.))

Hikari doesn't want living beings, but trees/vegetables and the like are... Well, they are alive, but... Uhn...

OOC: The cook is sacrificing the meal, and the vegetables are sacrificing themselves to make the meal delicious. It is their purpose!
