The reason they have their physique is because there mother was the one born with the wisp of Primordial Energy which then passed on to them. I think the only one that was born from Primordial Chaos was The Ancestral God everyone else cultivates to True God Level because they have True God Bodies that allow them to absorb the primordial chaos qi, humans were the ones that couldn't cultivate past the Divine Profound because of their mortal bodies. I say this mainly because in the recent chapter where it shows Yun Che's stats it says to use the other gates he would need a True God body and a Creation God Body
