Yeah but all he needs is 1 drop of primordial blood and he’s good to go. Remember the IP inheritance is gone to but MXY had drops of blood remaining. So it’s doable. Also EG power lets him cultivate the flame without the blood but I think the 11th lv technique would require at least 1 drop of blood

Cause she tried to make MXY her puppet as well as eyes and ears in EGR. What she did not know was that MXY reaches DL realm because of the IP’s Divine Soul also that IP was kinda alive so when MXY was released, she was supposed to be a puppet but the IP interfered which caused a pulling on MXY’s soul and made it so that she had 2 extreme personalities. IP could still control her and all, while CW most likely was still able to use MXY as eyes and ears. It’s the reason why she speaks about YC the way she does cause everything MXY went through so did she.
