Question Alphapolis "content protection"

Hello!

Some people here know Alphapolis as the other thing beside syosetsu that most of our JP WN novels come from. The others, well, they don't, maybe they do now?.

My question to the community is:
Anyone figure out how to come around their protection?

I used to copy and paste the chapters into a .txt and send it to my phone to read on the go, but now the site no longer allows left or right click and even has a annoying feature which activates "content protection" if you're not focused on the page itself which 'rewrites' the code for the text, hiding it from Ctrl+I (inspect mode).

So, I was hoping perhaps fellow reader already knows of a way to be able to read it.
I mean, I read a chapter tonight, found a typo and noticed I can't drag over the text...
Tried it on another WN, same deal...
Sure, content protection is all well and good and whatnot, but really, blocking readers from even reporting typos? Sheesh, is all I can say (along with this wall of text..., but, don't mind the minor details)

Thanks in advance for anyone and everyone who might have an idea of what to do and says it.

 

If it just disabling left and right click...
There a lot of way to overcome that.

Install "Seo Enable Copy" add-on if you're using chrome.

 

You mean of the thing that happens or to screen shot to read? Because that's a lot of hassle one way or another

 

CTRL+U on Chrome.

 

Just tried it, it seems even that doesn't help, it can now select the "selectable" text like the title and such, but the main part of the text doesn't happen.

Thanks! ... Yeah, looking at the static code and not the dynamic inspect is better since it can't hide it!
Still, hoping for someone to come along with a better solution~

It seems this page unlocks the url you introduce and lets you copy text (just found it the moment you made this thread).

I don't mind if @Tony or anyone else closes it down. I've gotten my answer for now. It's better than not being able to select text.

 

Depends on the use you give that site, I know a little japanese so I can read easy JP novels with a bit of help and I need to copy the text to do that.
I know a lot of translators are angry at people stealing their translations.

 

I think it's to capture Raws is it ok?... But I think this is gonna get locked. @Parth37955 @LaDyViL ? Not sure if this is okay or not
