I was planning to get a Dual OS PC running Android and Windows but the manufacturer discontinued it.
Any good software like Bluestacks to run Android on Windows?
I dont want software that mirrors
I want my phone to be off and be capable of using Android apps on my touchscreen PC

Nox is what I use aside from bluestack. Just a note that it doesn't have bluetooth and you can't run some apps such as some newer games that don't permit emulators

Nox. Mobile MOBA games streamers uses Nox when they stream. Much better than BlueStack and it's free.

MEmu is really good. It takes more processing power but it has really good performance. You can also run multiple instances of it.

Like some people mentioned, KoPlayer, Nox, or MeMU. Solid choices all around.

Nox or Memu are the best I've tried. I've also heard of people using droid4x to good results. I used to use both bluestacks and then andyroid but they became much worse over time.

I currently use Memu for everything I do and have very few issues with it.

I will not be playing games. It will just be using apps like whatsapp and wechat.
I also plan to get a lower power PC with long battery life, so low power alternative to bluestacks is preferred

Alternative if you really want to dual boot there is remix OS. There is also a project in Linux called anbox (still in alpha stage, so compatibility is bad. Check the github for issues for your preferred application if you decided to go with this route), where you can install android application natively. For chrome, there is also ARChon. Also still in beta though.

Anyway, are you really serious of using emulator to install those IM apps? If yes, I'd recommend some kind of screen magnifier for the text.

I've used MeMU before and that seemed to work well enough, though YMMV.

As many others before me have stated already, I recommend Nox. I've used it before and it's very smooth. Also, you probably already know this but there is a Whatsapp Desktop client & WeChat desktop client for Windows you can download.

If you are searching for alternatives of bluestacks. I would like to suggest of the below mentioned alternatives to it:

    1. Nox
    2. Amidous
    3. Youwave

However there are many more bluestacks alternatives you can get, that perform very well and are amazingly user friendly.
