Request Always sleepy, solutions?

    I’m always and always sleepy so I tried these to stay awake:
    1) Coffee
    2) Running around
    3) Singing

    None of these works, I’m still sleepy. Any suggestions for me to stay awake and stay energetic at least 6 hours? My piled works are needed to be done before a specific time:(:unsure:

    Eat some fruit? Probably will give some nutrients to be more energetic

    if you're always sleepy, it may be a medical condition. You should probs see a sleep specialist and see if they can give you meds to manage that.

    Try yoga . I used to always feel tired I started doing yoga which helped me a lot.

    Change your diet if your always eating unhealthy food and drink more water.

    Try to sleep an hour, keep your alarm on. If you feel sleepy just go for it

    Caffeine can have opposite effect on you if you are tired. Only if you eat healthy, sleep well and exercise will caffeine in small amounts keep you awake, I think. I mainly drink green tea and when I tried to push trough my lack of sleep and exercise, it just got worse.
    Cold shower.
    If you are so warm indoors that you can wear a t-shirt. that's too warm and comfortable which leads to sleep sort of.(not the same as the summer or being in warm climate)

    Take vitamine C, like eat an orange or suck on a vitamine pill, that stuff wakes you up

    Sit in front of a table
    No heavy meals
    Move around in your room
    Get sunlight
    Take a shower
    Use cold water
    Start a conversation to wake up your mind

    Assuming you don't just have a medical condition or something..

    Sleep regularly. Like, at the same time every day. Whether that's midnight to seven in the morning or two in the afternoon to ten that evening. Doesn't matter when, per se, only that you sleep consistently at the same time every day. Your body works on a cycle. A rhythm. Disrupting that rhythm will leave you constantly tired. Not as much of an issue if you're free to just take a nap whenever you want, I suppose, but if you're trying to work...
