Everybody has mood swings. Some people just got it more bad compared to others. That's normal I think. But if it really bothers your decision making and relationships or it's too uncontrollable to handle maybe you should go see a doctor to help you

Well I guess the only thing that you should do is go in the place where you know that you could find peace at all.. Having a depression sometimes was not a problem at all (if you know how to handle your thoughts over time)... Hmmm I guess I advice to not to think of many... Enjoy your life... Life is precious.
