Recently caught up with the free chapters and was close to irl face palming when MC met with Qing'er father again. All he did was keep saying how weak he is, like every other younger generation around his age is not just as weak against someone 1 or 2 full realms above them. He is the disciple of an immortal emperor, and the inheritor to at least 1 Ancient legacy, I kinda feel like the father is looking down on him for no other reason than because he wants too. I can understand what happened to Qing'ers Mother maybe be a factor but seriously his status imo should at-least be the same as hers yet he is still looked down on because he offended a bunch of people.
Nah its Cause MC is rly weak...Its not that hes not powerfull for his lvl and he doesnt have destiny its just hes weak cause hes young...I think thats what he meant its too soon for MC or sth like that...And man your behind with these free chapters...
You know, with the level of all these Immortal Empires, and how deeply Wentian is involved in all of them, I'm surprised there has been no plot development in regards to his family in a couple hundred chapters. I mean, what's the next tier, double immortal empires? Kind of feels like this is sort of the highest it gets. In that regards, we should be seeing things about his family, or his family's retainers, or his family's enemies. But so far, nothing. Surely the waves he's made are enough to alert something.
That arc ended in an anti-climatic manner. I was expecting more. I wonder if he will consolidate his foundation to immortal king now.
Do we really need this aside before the big battle with the Eastern Sage Sect? I wonder how many chapters will be wasted on it.
Yeah it seems this emperor chick will be added. I feel so bad for Bai-Qing. She is just an afterthought despite being around since the beginning of the novel.
I haven’t read today’s chapters, but I assume this is really Di Tian, Qin Wentian’s other self and not his main body. A little confusing since the story didn’t state he was going to the upper realms.
All these chapters with Di Tian cause the novel to lose momentum. I know he is technically equal to the MC but he has never been treated as such. Just mentioned here and there where relevant. And the MC’s main body has gone through reincarnation and should be a lot stronger now.
Does anyone else read this novel? I really like it. (I just noticed the last 4 consecutive posts were by me.)
I enjoyed it up to the point where he was leaving the tutorial area to the beginner stage. But then I stopped reading so I could horde chapters until it was time to binge so I don't really know if the quality has maintained or gone downhill.
