I’m looking for a Chinese bl novel where the protagonist dies and is reborn. To save himself in this complex family situation, he uses book left from his mom to get the attention of a doctor I think. In the end, his life is still spiraling toward tragedy and he loses the will to live. It was a prince who persuadé him to live.
Sorry, it’s been like five years the last time I read and I thought of it recently so I don’t remember too much. But the protagonist has one or more brother, and they don’t get along There is a mysterious doctor whom he will make a deal with with books on war or medicine (I think) necessary for the future. The mysterious doctor is oooking for those books and he wanted to exchange them so he could testify for him A prince is interested in him, and is the one who made him want to live after he gave up. Even the mysterious doctor wasn’t able to save him. I think he had a fever and was sick, but chose to give up. I think it’s BL but I’m not sure, however I’m sure he’s reborn. I don’t remember more than that.
