A Manga, but from what I know Angel MC's aren't really explored as Major Characters often, and when they are it's regularly as Fallen Angels or Straight-man Side Characters. Angel Consultation Office. A couple of angels sit on a park bench and help out the people in need who pass by. Also, Demons show up to try to fight them only be treated like disobedient children and/or helped themselves. It's by the same guy who wrote Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, which I also recommend, but doesn't fit this request. Well, there's also Good Omens, which you might want to check out if you haven't.
