Recommendations Anime where the protagonist is the bad guy

Anime and Japanese content seems to have waaay too many good guys as the mc. They're always annoying "holy mother/father" can someone tell did there's an anime like Death Note where the protagonist is the bad guy? Manga or Light novel works too but anime is prefered. Cuz there way too much stuff on my reading list already

I'll recommend Inuyashiki. Yes the main character (the old man Inuyashiki) is a really good & righteous man, but I really like the villain (Shishigami Hiro). I'll call the villain MC too though

 

Err some of the mc on ur list isn't even the bad guy... I want Yagami Light level. Like they actuAlly have to be the bad guy in personality and on the inside. Not on the outside

guys I'm not looking for a "bad guy" mc I'm looking for a bad guy mc. Japan, it's always the typical goody two shoes protagonist. I mean why did u think I move on to Korean and Chinese stuff? Bc the only real deal Japan got is Yagami Light, that's it. I'm tired of those beta and Omega males. I want an alpha
Also as a girl, I stay away from ecchi and waifu. This is why Korean and Chinese is Sooo much better. they don't have that ecchi. Thank you I'm a girl I despise these harem masters

I can give you a comedic bad person (shameless): Virtual World: Peerless White Emperor. It starts out with the MC & co. complaining about how they were 'unfairly' banned from a training exercise. Meanwhile, in the background, a report on TV is going on about the horrible acts committed during a training exercise earlier that day...

 

Light wasn't really a bad guy at the start tho

Yeah, I'd strongly recommend Classroom of the Elite as well. The main protagonist is kind of what you're looking for with a character similar to Light, except he doesn't have some holy goal and a god complex. It's something much more down to earth. Without spoiling much, he's manipulative as hell and consistently plays everyone. However, you'd have a hard time suspecting him of anything. Definitely an alpha.

Honestly, I don't even think I did him justice with that brief description lel
