Code Geass and Death Note especially. I love how someone who strives for power falls into the "dark" side. If only one day one of those ambitious, ruthless bastard succeed it would make my day. That's why I love WMW so much.

Same for me, Eureka 7, the original one. I remembered how heated the discussion about this anime with my friend about 7-9 years ago.

Nice topic. Mine is: Spirited Away, Grave of the Fireflies, Dragon Ball, Perfect Blue, Pokemon, Voltes V, Doraemon, Card Captor Sakura, One Punch Man, Another, One Piece, The Greggory Horror Show and Princess Tutu.

Some that I remember fondly but doesn't really have much impact on me: Sailor Moon, Slam Dunk, Digimon Adventure, Daigunder, Gundam animes, Super Yoyo, HunterXHunter, Yuyu Hakusho, Magic Knight Rayearth, Hell Girl, Detective Conan, Ranma 1/2, Death Parade and Overlord.

Others that have a very negative impact on me, like I hate them or dislike certain genre or convention because of them: Naruto, Deadman's Wonderland, Future Card Buddyfight (especially the sequels), Sword Art Online, Bleach, Anime movies that are base on a popular anime series (like those Pokemon movies, Dragon ball movies, and many OVAs), Fairy Tail, Shaman King, Law of Ueki, and Inuyasha.

Detective Conan. It basically is the reason why I was addicted to anime. That was when I was 12. I'm now 19. What stopped me from watching more anime (in a large number per season) is...
Mahouka. I liked the light novel before the adaptation. Then the anime happened. It (not the only reason) made me realize how shitty anime can be. But still,
Neon Genesis Evangelion. resonated with me quite well

So, most of mine have been mentioned already:
Attack on Titan (I cri erry tyme)
Sword Art Online (got me into anime and light novels, and ultimately web novels)
One Piece (the tears don't stop flowin)
Tokyo Ghoul (I think this influenced my decision to minor in philosophy in college)
and this one no one has mentioned: Yu-Gi-Oh It was one of the first anime I ever saw, and it was before I knew about the concept of anime and its difference from cartoons; but this one really let me bond with my big brother, and to this day we still sometimes play the card game together.
