    - Most often the government does not have any kind of standard ID system.
    - The ID's that are accepted are issued by private unregulated organization (namely the adventure's guild).
    - Adventurer's guild in every darn novel
    - The god does not have enough power to give you the ID so you can pass the checkpoint and get into the city.
    - Level system, almost every time.
    - MC is as dense as a stump when it comes to girls
    - MC is underage and can't drink, even though in the novel 15 is the age of an adult and the MC is 17
    - MC introduces new and amazing food to the world that everyone likes and no one has thought of before
    - A Japanese-like country in a remote place. MC is surprised that it exists, the people in the country are surprised MC knows their customs.
    - The use of honorifics and Japanese customs in a different world. But not food.
    - Tsunderes. Often serving as cockblocking mechanism while MC interacts with anyone else

This is all I could remember for me. What are yours?

Well as long as you filter out the game system tag you'd find ones without level system
Also the underage drinking is more on old customs from earth than anything
Also the use of honorifics is more of the authors writing but customs is something I can agree is annoying
I don't like how the MC either looks down on himself even though he's OP
or looks down on others and acts like an arrogant brat because of his cheats
also how there seems to never be any repercussions for what they do

I think most of these are fine, I just don't like when the level system is done wrong.
I'm sick of "You have gained X Skill : It boosts X Stat by X times," or "Good ol' fire supernova or something strong sounding".
If it's more of a feeling or proficiency system, I feel that if the author can make their character learning and actually showing that in a form it'd be fine.

I just want to say that it isn't exactly true that governments don't have an ID system. Just usually you get the ID when you are a child.

Adventurers guild tends to be the easiest and cheapest way to get an ID precisely because adventurers travel between countries and many of them start out poor.

The only purpose of the IDs is usually for record keeping. Be it taxes or looking into someone's history.

Only time you generally get a government ID is when getting citizenship. Which often times even required you to own land.

Also, in most novels the adventurers guild is heavily regulated by the countries.

There are also more isekais without a level system then with.

    Other than that, I agree.

-There always kind of bunch of loser who approach mc while registering in adventure guild
    -Dont forget carriage save moment
-Basically no one suspect power mc isekai coming from unless they are the villain or their familiar, good thing. (exceptional for hero summon)
-most isekai mc powerless against his harem member, unless its R-18.

I didn't say that I didn't understand why they were there, they still annoy me lol. And yea, teenagers always follow the rules and don't drink alcohol, go to bed early and don't cuss lol
I don't think I've ever seen an isekai novel that does not have some sort of game mechanic build in. But granted, I was not looking too hard.

Yea, this kind of thing is a cheap way of giving more power to MC. Just lazy writing. The things I listed didn't annoy me at first, but now I just notice it right away.

    - Generic classic Japanase MC hero, which consists of Naivity and Idiotic MC.
    - Chinesse Isekai which where the MC scorned all the Noble or Sect higher-ups of their deed of robbing and disregard of human lives. After the MC grow stronger, the MC did the same as thoose it scorned.
    - Isekai tropes where MC doesn't know the consequences of his action and ignorance of sparring bandit and others people who try to harn the MC.
    - Tragic Masochist MC.
    - Skirt chaser too shameless MC who only thinks with its D*cks.

basically every novel around (not just JP isekai) are like when you're playing an RPG, all the NPCs, all the events, everything just stays the same while it waits for the player/MC.

It's like how no matter how big the game world is, regardless of how many NCPs there are, how rich the lore is, the plot/story etc. at the end of the day it's still just dead and lifeless because the world doesn't act by itself, it only ever reacts to what the player does.

Whines about not killing all the time.
MC's power breaks rule of the world (AKA sword mage).
MC is genius when plot needs him to be but an idiot the rest of the time.

Does this include those Otome Games Isekai tropes? Where the MC is reincarnated as the villainess of the otome game/shoujo manga ang she tries to avoid the capture targets but fails and somehow she becomes the heroine because the original female mc of the otome game/shoujo manga is actually a biatch?
