you need to be more specific. do you want action focused, slice of life, or comedy? because there are too many between 2010 and now.

I would recommend Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? and Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. Both are great animes in my opinion. In fact, Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? is one of the few anime adaptation of light novels that I would consider to a good adaptation of its source material. It is also one of the few series that I would gave a perfect score of 10/10 as well since it is a true masterpiece of its genre for both its light novels and anime. Hai to Gensou no Grimgar is also great as well but I would not consider it to be a good adaptation of its source material since there was a certain change at the last episode that was appalling to see since it misrepresented its respective scene in the light novel alongside other major omissions of details in its source material. However, it is still a decent adaptation of its source material overall despite that and I would recommend watching it.

Next year in April, a fantasy Isekai anime will be aired where there's no harem of 3 named girls in the main cast liking the MC. In other words, there will only be 1 girl that will fall in love with MC and they get into a serious relationship in the show, and the MC also has a good number of other male and female friends in his circle.
