I know lnmtl machine translates the more popular novels. Is there another one for novels like Shura's Wrath or Wicked Soldier King? If there is not what would be the fastest way to mtl them?
If you go to lnmtl.com and read the news you probably would know that shura's wrath is curently being parsed and translated in a few days, so be patient as for wicked soldier king, I don't really know
How do people cope with MT raws up to 1000+ chapters? I cant stand no more than 1 or 2 machine translated raws before giving up.
That proves that you're only a level 1 MTL reader. To tell you the truth, everyone who start reading MTL was like that. Chinese MTL is easier to read than Japanese MTL.
Shura's wrath is the easiest novel to read MTL. A bunch of game stats, and a seperate font for game skills. Made it easy to understand.
As long as you can get used to the various words and connect them your brain will just read it normally after reading a few chapters. Also depends on the novel. I can't read Desolate Era's MTL but I can easily read Sovereign of the Three Realms (Read up to 1200s)
This I cant agree with more. You have to find the right novel from the mtl. Some feel more disjointed because of the way they are written. But after a couple chapters of the right novel, you get a basic understanding of what certain words mean.
I must seek guidance from my seniors Please instruct me in the Dao of MT @perspherspley @KainMori @BlinkOfAEye @222222
Very true. Chinese GT(Google Translate, maybe it's better or worse than your MTL, no idea) generally is more understandable than JP GT, as long as you understand that whenever there's something like... Soviet Union, it's just a character's name. Don't expect those characters to have the exact same name throughout the novel, as sometimes it's not translated, sometimes fully translated, sometimes half & half, then reversed order etc, and then there's the numbers which take some time to figure out. As a general rule however, most CN novels have way more chapters than JP novels currently. JP novels aren't that much worsily translated, at most a few different things worse, and the names might make less sense, but it's still understandable. Of course, it helps if you have some actual knowledge of either/both languages/cultures and some experience with earlier MTL /GT, because it's generally before you've gotten used to most of the quirks, common mistakes etc. that you might not enjoy them, but once you do, it's much easier to get caught in an unplanned binge reading spree for many chapters.
Maybe it's cos I'm half literate in Mandarin that causes me to be unable to properly cope with MT. Or im just bad in general
Shura wrath and other 8 new novels like GSI ,my beautiful ceo wife, zhan long, devouring the heaven etc are mtled at lnmtl in this morning.
Welp. Looks like I am just blind. I checked yesterday derp. Start off with mtl of already translated chapters. Read the translated first then go to the mtl and just make connections between words. It will take you 2 or 3 pages to get used to it. Fair Warning: I can't seem to read regular english if I read more than 100 mtl chapters in one sitting.
Choose a novel that you like most so you can at least try to endure the mind rape you'll having while reading using MTL/GTL, or anything you want to use. It will be hard at first, but it will get better. For me reading a regular english, after reading tons of MTL chapters is like drinking a refreshing drinks. I feel my brain loves it.
Caution, if your head feels like it's going to explode while reading the MTL/GTL stop, rest and cultivate until all the power ups and headache gone then read it again From my experience reading MTL for a long time somewhat make your brain like making too much noise, Lol, so a lot of rest is needed
