Just finished binging this, so here's a super late reply. Disclaimer: I'm typing on mobile plus I skimmed plenty of the novel, so please excuse any inaccuracies. I'm actually not too sure. It never really got implemented. From what I remember, it was a plan to connect 6 regions/states to span across China and cut off Shanhai. Slowly. He encourages Silver Hand to duke it out with the Academic Faction before attacking both bit by bit. In the end, Silver Hand still exists but is extremely weak and faces extermination. There's 9, too many for me to go into. Some are by surrender, others war, and others assassination. Yes to Japan, proxy war for USA. Japan gets wiped in first set of system country war months (year 5 or 6). USA is Shanhai's (later called Xia Dynasty) main competitor. They eventually become deadlocked with Xia splitting up Central America to prevent US development. Singapore doesn't get revenge. Fallen countries come back in year 8 and cause a few navy problems but nothing too big. Hard to say. Notable one is losing Morocco when Silver Hand and Academic Faction gang up on Xia. This forces Ouyang out of the Mediterranean trade routes. Two twins. Around 4 by the end of it. Boy gets a dragon protector beast and the girl gets a phoenix (Ouyang got a token and paid Gaia big bucks for these). As for cultivation, Ouyang eventually gets all 3 volumes of his technique and combines them. Downside is that he has so completely cultivate from scratch (year 5). But, he gets a stronger body for it. His actual end level doesn't get mentioned, but Ouyang reckons he's strong enough to fight the big baddy Titan on Planet Hope.
