Anything is fine, I've read so much manga but still struggle to remember more than a few handsome mc's, I don't want any novels as I've read just about every novel with more than 50+ chapters. (except those with specific tags.) EDIT; No BL, and by handsome I mean just judged as a handsome boy (good looking, as a boy not as a girl so not cute ;$)
I haven't had time to add my reading list so I didn't expect to actually receive a manga I haven't read which is Nukoduke o_o, and I've read the others you've suggested but the LMS manga doesn't really fall into my request :/, I'm not sure in which world he was defined as handsome? I've read both the novel/manga, so I'm not sure if you're just baiting me lol, but he is skilled irl however it doesn't correspond to him being handsome tho :>
Which guys first come to my mind and my absolute favorites would be Lesus and Grisia of 'Legend of the Sun Knight'. They are soo hot!!! (But it is a manhua series, also from china, not from japan.) There are still a few more from different series I really like (japanese ones), but to count them all I just don't have enough time for now (but the next ones on my list would be Glen (Oswald) Baskerville and Xerxes Break of 'Pandora Hearts'). Maybe another time.
I feel like most manga MC always handsome, just how what kind of face make him handsome like cool, cute, masculine, badass, event when the story say mc not handsome "ugly" it always show how good looking MC is at manga, cause there most author don't want to draw ugly mc.

Yah. We're talking about manga <.< some manga doesn't have good art…… some were exaggeratedly drawn. Like for example, Zero Kiryuu of vampire knight is handsome but I don't like the drawing, so I don't find it handsome
